HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT LOT?
We can work with you during this process and can help in many ways along with our favourite real estate brokers that can aid in finding unlisted properties and a perfect lot of your ideal home.
WHAT IS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE PRICE?
We offer three different square footage price packages. Silver, Gold and Platinum. Please contact us for the square footage pricing. Ultimately it is all dependent upon details and finishes desired by you, the customer.
DO YOU HAVE A CERTIFIED ARCHITECT?
Yes. We work very closely with our favourite architects who would love to assist you. They offer a pre-feasibility survey on the land which has come in useful many a times! They handle everything along the way all the way up to when construction begins including surveys and permits. We will happily work with an architect of your choice also.
WHO WILL WE DEAL WITH THROUGHOUT THE BUILD?
You will deal directly with one of the owners James Cook or Brian Cook who recognize building your dream home is the biggest purchase for most people. We want to make the process of your estate home as personalized and as direct as possible.
HOW DO WE STICK TO OUR BUDGET?
We go over in detail pre-construction on every aspect of building your home. We provide you with an itemized budget spreadsheet of all cost related to your luxury estate home with the aim for no surprises along the way.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BUILD OUR CUSTOM HOME?
Multiple factors such as the size of the house, details and finishes come into play when trying to provide a completion date. Typically our custom home build time is 8-14 months.
DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes. Every home builder nowadays needs a warranty to get planning permission. We work with Progressive Home Warranty and have done for over 7 years now. We also boast a perfect A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
